Yes, Zelvoq offers cash on delivery (COD) across all seven emirates. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
How it works
- Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
- Choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
- We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address.
- Pay the courier the order total in AED when your parcel arrives.
Good to know
- Please have the exact amount ready, because couriers may not carry change.
- Some couriers also accept card on delivery. Ask your courier when they call.
- Keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.
- Refunds on COD orders are paid by bank transfer to a UAE IBAN. See Returns & Refunds.
