Zelvoq delivers to all seven emirates. Most orders arrive in 1–5 business days, and delivery is free on orders of AED 149 or more.

Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same or the next business day. Public holidays and sale events can add 1–2 days.
Delivery charges
- Orders of AED 149 or more: free delivery
- Orders under AED 149: AED 15 flat fee

Cash on delivery
You can pay in cash when your order arrives. See how cash on delivery works.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email or SMS. The courier will usually call or message before delivery. Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can confirm your address.
Failed delivery attempts
If the courier can't reach you, they will try again. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order is returned to us and cancelled. For COD orders, please only order when you're ready to accept and pay for the delivery.
