This website is operated by Zelvoq, M-40, Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Where available, electrical products list their voltage and plug type on the product page; if it isn't listed, contact us to confirm before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. The total price, including any delivery charge, is shown before you confirm your order. We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and, if an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing it.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot verify the order. We may call or message you to confirm cash on delivery orders.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
8. Product use
Use products only as intended and according to their instructions. Supervise children around small parts, heating elements and electrical items.
9. Intellectual property
All site content, including the Zelvoq name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
